Return of the Jedi turned 40 this year!
To celebrate, we’re launching the Emperor’s Royal Guard Helmet print (30” x 40”) with Quentin Pierre’s signature plaque and a special 40th ROTJ Anniversary embellishment that will adorn the print just above the artist’s signature.
Quentin Pierre has made several appearances in the Original Trilogy: as a stormtrooper, as a Bespin Guard, as a stand-in for both Boba Fett and Lando Calrissian, and specifically in Return of the Jedi as one of the Emperor’s Royal Guard, wearing the distinctive red helmet.
We were lucky enough to arrange a private signing with Mr. Pierre for 18 of our signature plaques. The prints are ready to ship, and we’ll send them out as soon as we get the plaques back from Mr. Pierre in the UK.
